222lbs/757kcal/Hi 176bpm/Av 142 MAX INTERVAL CIRCUIT 57:00
Alright, now this pas 4 weeks I've fallen off of watching what I eat so much and let it slide a bit. The correlation I also noticed is that my steady progression of improvement also seemed to plateau. It doesn't take a genius to do the math on this one, but it's just pointing out how easy it is to lose track a bit and fall back into old bad habits. Refocusing my efforts in this dept as well.

220lbs avg hr: 143 max hr: 178 550kcal Cardio Power and Resistance 39:00 Workout went well. Been watching the calories a lot better than before. Hopefully I can maintain that progress and keep going forward instead of the yo-yo tread.

Well so far today was winning in ways and losing in the workout category. Found the six month old pup we decided was one dog too many a home, but had to drive him 30 miles today. I also got the ball rolling on going back to school with a Secondary Ed major and English Minor. Then to celebrate those feats of greatness we treated ourselves to ARBY'S...It's all as bad as it sounds. I basically knocked out most of my day in one meal. 1540cals (or two pretty intense workouts, wiped out by one bad choice) Then I layed down for a few following that, slept through my workout time. Sucks. Will be putting in a good one when I get home. Drinking a ton of water at work tonight to prime me for it and since my I have my calorie tracker's days ending at 5am to accommodate my work schedule, I can still shave some calories off today and hit target, just not with the appropriate time frames. And Arby's calls itself the good mood food.

Wow! That's a load of calories in just one meal. Don't worry bud, just keep on keeping on. Are you getting bored with these programs? Time to change things up. Go sign up for a 5k or 10k so you have something new to train for. Don't get bored, switch it up.

I'm enjoying the workouts. I need to stop eating shitty food. The Summer has been super busy. Since I started working out I manage my time so much better than I ever did. I have more energy and just get much more accomplished. The only problem is I run out of time in a day at times forcing me to make shit up here and there. Once school starts up for Nicole and Wyatt is in school, I'll have some more free time for working out and there will be less opportunities to make complacent food choices. When I fix meals at home which until recently is most of the time, I can manage the intake better. I just hate those days that end up being a wash due to shit food. Simple isn't better. I need to sign up for a 5K for sure. I'm looking forward to P90X2. I'm almost certain when school starts that certain days I can double up on the workouts. That and fixing my eating habits will get things back in order. Lately though, it's been a struggle.

buy a bunch of cheap plastic containers and premake/premeasure your meals in advance. Not only will this keep your meal size/calories at a level you are trying to achieve it will also add convenience to your healthy meals making it easy to stick to a plan. If you know you'll be out and about take some of the containers with you. Get excited about something! It doesn't matter what it is but do it and soon. It sounds like you need to amp your self back up. You've gotta keep that fight in you or you'll slowly drift out of the program and loose what you've worked hard to get.

219lbs/570kcal/Hi 153bpm/Av 120 CHEST AND BACK 52:00 200kcal/Hi 162/Av 124 CARDIO ABS 16:00
Today has been a banner day I feel in terms of my workout and controlling what I'm taking in. I did Chest and Back and the last time I did it was my final round of it during P90X about 1 1/2 months ago. I decided I was going to push myself much harder than I had been today. I boosted my weight fairly substantially and am now convinced, at least for this workout I may not have pushed myself hard enough the first time through. My first day of P90X was chest and back in April and my total push-up count for the workout was 97. I remember feeling pretty okay about that at the time considering my condition going in. Today I did 221 and I feel pretty okay, so I want to push for 300 now. When I get there, I'll yell "SPARTA!"

219lbs/840kcal/Hi 169bpm/Av 139 MAX INTERVAL CIRCUIT 59:00 My Hi's and Lo's weren't as high as when I did this on Monday, yet somehow I burned more cals according to my HRM. I'm gonna have to check all the settings for the best accuracy. I did this with Nicole tonight. Let's just say she's not a big fan of all the jumping. In her defense she's got a titanium rod in her left femur from a car accident 7 years ago. I enjoyed doing it with her, but would be just as content doing them on my own I felt. Good workout though. Tomorrow is rest, but I've got to make up some ground and start pushing myself harder. Any suggestions?

Try out sports interval training if you've got that one. I remember it being a lot of fun.

I didn't get to do this today. Had too much going on but decided before sitting down to watch "Breaking Bad" tonight I would take my German Shepherd for a run. I love the Endomondo app on my phone and wish I had more opportunities to use it. I improved on my Cooper time and while I think I could have kept going a bit longer, my almost 8 year old dog was starting to drag. Ran 3.09 Km(1.92 miles) in 16:22 with a Cooper Time 2.31km an improvement of .29 Km though I still have .17 to catch Howie's best time.

219lbs/375kcal/Hi 176bpm/Av 145 27 minutes Fit Test Went to the pool with the kids today. Don't really count it as a workout because it's a pretty healthy mix of moderate and sedentary activity that it probably amounts to little. Did have time for a Fit Test when I got home. My fourth one now and I've improved on my numbers pretty well today. I was really pushing while trying to maintain form. I didn't let myself count the last couple reps on a couple moves because my form dropped off.

218lbs/375kcal/Hi 186/AV 146 25 MIN TURBO FIRE HIIT 25
Okay, so I talked Nicole into doing an Insanity workout the other day and because she wanted to watch a show with me (her hidden agenda) she talked me into and I reluctantly did a Turbo Fire workout with her today. I did enjoy the workout. I pushed very hard because it was only 25 minutes and I wanted to get the most out of I could. Most of these workouts are shorter and would be good if you're looking to double up your day. In the future I will probably put this into practice.
On a side note: I've lost the weight I gained back from my previous slacking and vacation. Monitoring the calories again has been paying off.

Nice man! Yeah adding in a Turbo Fire workout (especially the HIT workouts) to your normal schedule is great. I've noticed a lot of moves from P90X in Turbo Fire.

218lbs/755kcal/ Chest Shoulders & Triceps 58:00
In Mario Kart you can do a ghost race and race a previous race you've ran. I wish I could do that with these workouts to the extent that I could turn to myself from four months ago and tell him what a pussy he is. Probably not a great Idea since I know how sensitive I am and that may have discouraged four month ago me from getting to where I am now. Great workout overall. The next thing I need to do is get the diet locked down a little more and get some more results.
