I decided to keep this general because as of this writing I am currently fermenting my first batch of Kombucha (fermented tea) and yogurt. I figure now that I've really cleaned up my diet I should experiment with gut flora through probiotic foods. I chose to start with the two I enjoy the most. I'll keep this updated with the results of the foods and also my experience with testing probiotics. If I'm honest even if I don't notice any health improvements I'll probably still keep making Kombucha. It's a lot like brewing beer and it tastes Awesome.
