I thought I had posted this but considering I can't seen to find it on here I'll post it in a more obvious manner. This is a pretty cool Kettlebell workout that you can download for free. It has been recorded in audio form and .pdf form so you can take this along with you where ever. I don't think you HAVE to use a kettlebell for this workout, a dumbell will probably work just fine. I've done this workout and really dig it for a nice 30min total body workout. Here is a Calendar I put together after reading Enter The Kettlebell. It is mostly kettlebell workouts with a few Beach Body workouts sprinkled in. The "Variety" days are days allowing you to choose what every interests you or compliments your fitness goals just make sure to keep it moderate. Attachments:
