Hey guys. I'm doing an experiment with my own diet by removing ALL forms of wheat (and oats if possible). This is based on research and suggestion of Dr William Davis who believes that just removing this one item from most people's diets will cause a dramatic improvement in weight loss as well as a multitude of health improvements including mental focus, improved sleep, GI regulation, and many others. I'd really like to test this on more than just myself so if you're up for the challenge I'd like you guys to give it a try as well for 30 days and report your results. Thanks guys

If you can eat a pound of bacon I totally recommend you do it, in fact, next time you have an Asylum workout eat a pound of bacon 2-3hrs before and let me know how your performance is.
