Here is yet another DVD extreme home fitness program. This one has MMA fighter Georges St-Pierre as it's front-man & trainer. I haven't looked into this one much so I can't say too much about it other than it's seems to be new, it looks like it contains some familiar moves as well as some new, I see some crossfit style moves in there as well. I did "Total Body Strength And Conditioning" and really liked it. My total workout time including warm up and cool down was approximately 47min. Which is great. If the rest of the videos are as good as this I'll be one really happy camper. One of the things I can really respect about these videos is that they include side videos that specifically go over each move in detail so that you can take some time before or after a workout and learn proper form and function of each move. The videos do have a generic warm up cut in front of the workouts. Even though it's the same warm up it serves it's purpose well and is pretty solid. It warms up the whole body nicely so no matter what the workout you should be good. As usual I'll comment more as i try out new videos.
