This is a new calendar I put together to keep me busy for the next month. It mostly focuses on Upper body strength with some core and cardio. I will probably revise this and get rid of some of the cardio but for now I will experiment and see how this version works out. Try it out and let me know what you think. Attachments:

Ok I've retooled this calendar already. I am much more satisfied with this version and I think it is much more conducive to building muscle. I have the Game Day/OT day left in there as a way to keep tabs on my cardio, speed, and general athletics because I don't want to loose what I've been working so hard on. Ditching one of the Resistance days or ditching Game Day and OT and replacing it with a rest day mid week would probably be the best strength training schedule but I feel pretty comfortable going forward with the version I have posted here. I like this model. I'll probably mix it up a bit though.

Haha Feel free man! I already have changed it on my board. These calendars are a starting point and loose guideline. You really have to listen to your body and do what works for you. Week #1 I dropped "Legs & Back" and subbed in "Total Body Strength & Conditioning" from Rushfit. This was mostly because I kinda hate Legs & Back and Rushfit is new and interesting. It's for this reason of I added the Crossfit "WOD" day which is about as generic as it gets but allows you to put in just about anything that interests you. When you change it for your needs let us know what you've done and how it's worked for you. These calendars are something I'd like to evolve into something really effective.
