I've started this for the second time and love it. They say you shouldn't use Asylum as a regular program back to back because it's too extreme but I think that once you get used to the program and if you keep your form clean this is a more well rounded program than insanity. The only downside is that Asylum is really best suited for large areas. Can you do it in smaller areas? Yes, but a lot of the speed and freedom of movement that this program takes advantage of is lost. I would love to do this outdoors with a 15' agility ladder or even in a garage with mats. The extra room would really make a big difference.
