Here is the resistance band workout I have been working on. The design is meant to combine resistance with movements that help raise your heart rate at maximize your workout time. I've done a once through this workout one version back and it seemed to work great. I have sense revised it a bit and hope it will have the same effect for others. The rounds have been put together in groups of workouts requiring the same anchor point for your resistance band so that you wont have to move the band around during a round. The only things you will need for this workout is a resistance band, a band door anchor (or something that a resistance band can be anchored to), and a chair. Let's break this down and see if it can be improved. The inspiration for this is two sided: 1) WadeO needs a program that can be performed quietly in a very small space. 2) I have a massive resistance band based machine in my room that needed a good reason to be used. I'm going to do this. I also took the liberty of making a workout sheet to track what you're doing and also use it as a measure for a future challenge Attachments:

Nice man! Thanks for putting that together. I've found that tracking workouts like this really helps push my progress forward.
