I'd like to start posting challenges for our forum members. To start off this coming up week (starting Monday the 22nd) our challenge will be a "100% Week". This means you must do ALL of your programs at 100% or better, no excuses. Who would like to come up with the challenge for 8/29-9/5 week?

Day #1 (Monday 8/22): Max Interval Circuit & Relief = 100% Day #2 (Tuesday 8/23): Strength & ARX = 100% & 105% Day #3 (Wednesday 8/24): Speed and Agility & Relief = 98% Day #4 (Thursday 8/25): Shoulders and Arms & Abs Core+ = 100% Day #5 (Friday 8/26): Game Day & Overtime = 98% Day #6 (Saturday 8/27): Chest and Back & Cardio Abs = 100%+* Day #7 (Sunday 8/28): Swimming (Rest)
*I increased ALL my weights and/or reps from previous workout.
This turned out to be a great workout week! Let's keep the challenges coming guys!

Day #1 (Monday 8/22): Max Plyo Circuit = 93% (first time doing) Day #2 (Tuesday 8/23): Chest Shoulders & Tris = 100% ARX= 95%
