I know a lot of athletes and Cross fit junkies who are all into this Paleo, gluten free diet. This is what has grasped my attention and had moved me into giving it a shot. I want to see if this kind of diet will help improve my athletic performance. At the very lest I hope to take away from it some better understanding of how our bodies use and react to foods.

If you ever have a question if this diet works give it a strong go for just one month (No grains, Dairy, legumes) than after that month feel free to go eat like shit again than tell us how you feel. The longer I stay on this diet and note how I feel every time I jump off the diet and eat/drink items that are non-paleo it's becoming obvious eating otherwise is just silly. I may not be as sensitive as some so when I eat only a little non-paleo it's not the end of the world, so what I'm talking is when I completely derail the paleo train. Recently I spent a day of binge drinking beer and it was great! What sucks balls is that it's now three days later and I am still recovering from it. I still feel like shit, my system still doesn't feel clean, and my athletic performance is still suffering, and that's just to name a few items. I'm still exploring this whole Paleo stuff myself and I still look at a lot of it with a skeptical eye but it's proving to be a sound choice so far. As usual I'll keep this updated.
