This is what I'm currently taking and I'm impressed. Because there's only the one option of a scoop, you get the effects as if you were taking three scoops of Jack3d - slight caffeine rush (200 mg - two cups of coffee - don't drink coffee before or after unless you're a coffee junkie and can handle that much in one go), Beta Alanine tingle, and the same energy boost.

20 servings and I think it was around 50? But I have a gold card and always shop with a friend so I can get the buy one get one 50% off, so the final price was 30 bucks. Should come with a free GNC cup or tshirt (unfortunately the only size usually left is XL.)
