I haven't tried this stuff yet but it does sound interesting. I ordered a trial package to try it out for myself from here: secure.frs.com/freetrialI'll post up a review of this product once I receive it and give it a try. I think this stuff is also available at Target as well. I'll confirm that when I get a chance.

Got my sample package from FRS yesterday. I tried it out yesterday by starting off with the chews than taking a drink before my workout. I didn't notice much or any bump in energy or really any change. I don't feel like I got much more out of my weight lifting last night either but I did have a pretty good workout so it is possible I just felt good with the help of FRS. Today I have a Cardio workout and this will be the second day I've been taking this product. I'll report back if i notice any energy or performance bump tonight. Attachments:

The problem with this and anything like it is that a lot of it is a mind game or at least that's what I've noticed with myself. Some of the stuff like my multivitamin is great, but the jury is out on some of the other. For example, my Omega Cuts as near as I can tell is just an amped up fish oil, so why not take a couple or three more fish oils...and I know the omega cuts have other stuff too, I've heard the sales pitch. The thing with the FRS is that I doubt it's a long enough sample for you to notice much if any effects it's having on you. In this case it's energy though. I don't know I'm talking in circles. I never notice much change in terms of inputting energy supplements into my regimen. I just function. Keep us posted if there's any noticeable improvement.

The thing about healthy supplements is that they work by helping your body become more efficient. Typically this is done by filling in a typical nutritional gap in most people's diets. The down side to this is that we live in a world where there are lots of less healthy alternatives that provide immediate and VERY noticeable effects but only work temporarily. FRS is loaded with antioxidants as well as a few other things. These things should help recovery and also help cells become more efficient energy producers especially in people who's diets are otherwise not so good. The sample package sent is roughly a week's supply, which should be enough to notice any performance benefits if they are there at all. So far I've noticed no change in how I feel or perform. I may not be testing the product under the best of conditions considering I have radically changed my diet at almost the same time as starting this product. I'll make one last update when I have exhausted this sampler and report anything I can.

I said I would give this a final review so here it is: I never felt ANY changes using this supplement. No Energy, no better sleep, no improvement in recovery, no clarity, not one noticeable benefit. Now, does this mean the product is bunk? Not for sure. The idea behind this product is solid assuming what is stated is actually in the product. Did FRS have any effects? It's certainly possible that the antioxidants helped improve my overall health, but in such a subtle way that I was unable to make note of. For example, I take multivitamins, fish oil, ect every day and I can honestly say I've NEVER noticed a difference in how I feel when I don't take any of that stuff. I take them, however, because the information I've gathered indicates those things supply building blocks for my body to perform at it's best. In the end I don't plan to continue with FRS as a suppliment. I feel like I have shaped my diet pretty well and get most (if not all) the goodies I need from the good food choices I make. I'm not a big fan of supplements and I really don't care to add yet another to my daily regimen not to mention adding another monthly cost. If your diet kinda blows or it's far from what you think it should be AND you've got some extra cash to toss around perhaps consider FRS as a supplement for you. I provided the link to the free trial above so you can always give it a shot and see what you think. If you do please post your take on the product.

oh! I forgot to mention flavor..... The low Cal Orange powder was my favorite. The rest all tasted fine I suppose but all tasted medicinal. The Low Cal Orange Powder, however, tastes surprisingly close to fresh Oranges.
