Day 2 of Insanity...
I'm really glad I started with P90X before I jumped into this craziness. I'm really excited about what else this program has to offer because the Plyo Cardio Circuit was fucking nuts.

How much of P90X did you do? I did the same. It was a good primer, but part of me wishes I had started with Insanity to shed the lbs then move to P90X to build muscle. Either way, I'm doing a hybrid now. Good luck.

I completed the P90X program, but toward the end I needed bigger weights but didn't want to spend the money if I was going to be moving on to Insanity next.

hahahaha YES! I've gotten close several times. Wait till you get to month 2, if you push hard on your first week you'll toss yer cookies again. Speaking of month 2, sense I know you have Insanity deluxe (maybe I should post this suggestion in the Insanity section too) I HIGHLY recommend if you are physically feeling sound after month 1 you should swap out the "Core Cardio & Balance" routine and replace it with "Max Interval Sports Training". This suggestion will probably be listed at the bottom of your calendar as well just in case you forget. The reason for this is that Core Cardio & Balance is great for recovery but it is pretty light weight and in no way will it prepare you properly for the cardio punch Insanity Month 2 will bring. On the other hand Max Interval Sports Training is challenging enough to help keep you ready for the "Max" workouts, but fun enough to keep you engaged. Sorry to steal away your easy recovery week but I think you'll be better off with this version. The calendar also suggests that you can swap out "Cardio Abs" with "Insane abs" and that may be a good idea, however, it's going to extend your workout day significantly. For me Ab Ripper X seems to be the best single ab workout I've seen.
