This is a 5 week program I have put together using my favorite Beach Body programs (Insanity, Insanity Deluxe, Insanity Asylum, P90X, & P90X+) to keep me challenged. Attachments:

I listed the Insane Abs workout on Sundays because it's a massive ab workout from Insanity (Deluxe). I am currently developing an alternative workout using resistance bands that I will probably do instead. What I'm putting together is a primarily resistance band based program that will have 12 moves that will be performed in a manner similar to Insanity. There will be 4 rounds and each round will consist of 3 moves performed for 1 minute each per set, the sets will be repeated 3 times with a 30 second rest in between (10min30sec). The whole workout should last approximately 42min not including warm-up and stretching. Once I test this out and work out the kinks I'll post up the workout if you guys are interested.
