Here's my #s from today...a marked improvement over last time since adjusting my weights more accordingly.

Did you adjust your weights up or down in weight? Looks like your #s are very similar to mine.

I came down in most everything. The first time I did it, I wasn't fully aware of what the workout was intended to do in terms of max reps. The first time was a real struggle. I didn't post those numbers because I didn't do it right. You must really like that 2.5# increment on your weights.

haha yeah I was in my transition from 25-35 to the 30-40 I'll be doing starting this week. When I feel ready I'll add 2.5 and you'll start seeing a lot of 32.5-42.5. I plan to keep doing this until I am at 40-50. Once I get to that point I'll order the Level II kit for my Powerblocks and start making my way toward 80-90 (LOL).

Look on Craigslist for the Powerblocks. Right now there is a set with stand locally for $100! I love em. I think they have 3 distinct advantages over other adjustable dumbells: 1) quick weight changes with 2.5# increments. 2) small compact design 3) weight can be upgraded all the way up to 120# each side.
Downside is that unless you find a deal one them they are expensive, and they need to be placed on a flat surface to be adjusted smoothly/easily.
