Of the workouts you've tried, which do you like the most? I really like Ab Ripper X from P90x & Gameday/Overtime from Asylum.

I still struggle a ton with AR-X, but have grown fond of it. I've made marked improvement over the course of P90X (day86). Fifer Scissors is the is the one move I have not yet been able to do with much success. I do enjoy the Core Synergistics workout during the recovery week. Of the regular P90X workouts, as I've improved my coordination, I've really started to like KenpoX...but then I did the Kenpo + Cardio + P90X+ workout the other day and while it looks like I have a whole new set of challenges to overcome with this one, it WILL be a lot of fun!

Nice! The cardiovascular in Kempo+ is great. In my opinion it is what the regular Kempo was missing. AR-X is definitely a love hate relationship. It works well but it is a pain to do.

Update! For today anyway. New favorite workout: Kenpo Cardio +. Rivers of sweat!
